Privacy notice — waitlist

The short version We collect your email for one reason: to send you a single message when SpotaPie launches. No newsletters, no marketing, no sharing. Ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form on spotapie.co we store:

  • Your email address.
  • A source tag (lp) so we know you came from this landing page.
  • The timestamp of your submission.

That's the entire record. We do not collect your name, IP address, location, device, or browsing behaviour. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this page.

Why we collect it

To send you one email when SpotaPie launches. That is the only purpose. We will not use your address for marketing newsletters, product tips, partner offers, surveys, or anything else beyond the launch announcement.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Consent. You provided your email by submitting the waitlist form, which is a clear, affirmative action. You can withdraw consent at any time — see Your rights below.

How long we keep it

Until launch, plus 30 days for the actual send. After that the waitlist table is deleted. If you ask to be removed earlier, your row is deleted immediately.

Who we share it with

Nobody outside the infrastructure that runs this page:

  • Supabase — stores the waitlist row (database sub-processor).
  • Cloudflare — serves this site and may log standard request metadata (host sub-processor).

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer the list to any third party. We do not use it to train AI models. If we ever pick a sender service to deliver the launch email, it will be listed here before any email goes out.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Delete your email from the waitlist.
  • Tell you what we have stored about you.
  • Correct your email address.
  • Stop processing it.

Email tommaso.crmnini@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection apply.

Children

The waitlist is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in some EU jurisdictions). If a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the entry.

Changes

If we materially change how the waitlist email is handled before launch, we'll email everyone on the list before applying the change.
